1. Service Purpose

The BVI DMV Vehicle Renewal System is provided as an online service for eligible vehicle renewal applications.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account, vehicle, insurance, inspection, driver's license, and payment authorization information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for notifying the Department of Motor Vehicles if you believe your account has been misused.

3. Document Uploads

Uploaded documents must be clear, complete, and valid. Required documents may include your current insurance certificate, inspection certificate, and driver's license. DMV staff may reject an application or request updated documents if information is missing, unreadable, expired, or inconsistent.

4. Application Review and Payment

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. DMV staff will review the application and provide payment instructions or payment authorization processing as applicable. Fees may be corrected by authorized staff if an amount was entered incorrectly.

5. Service Availability

This service may be changed, paused, or discontinued. The Department of Motor Vehicles may require applicants to complete parts of the renewal process in person if needed.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use the system to submit false information, upload malicious files, access another person's account, interfere with system operations, or attempt to bypass security controls.
